Acceptable Use Policy

1. Your account is yours alone

• One account, one person. Do not share your login, sell or transfer your account, or study on someone else's.
• The service allows one active session at a time. Signing in on a new device signs the old one out. That is the rule working, not a bug — but working around it, for instance by automating re-authentication for several people, is a breach.
• Flight schools, clubs and training organisations: contact us. We would rather find an arrangement that works than have you share one login.

2. What you may not do with our content

• No bulk extraction. Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically download or otherwise compile our questions, answers, explanations, lessons or diagrams — by script or by hand.
• No redistribution. Do not republish, post, upload or pass on our content: not to a study group, a shared drive, a forum, a Discord, a Telegram channel, a flashcard deck, a torrent, or another app. This includes screenshots of question banks.
• No model training. Do not use our content to train, fine-tune, benchmark or evaluate a machine-learning model, and do not feed it to a service that will.
• No commercial reuse. Do not use the content to teach a paid course, build a competing product, or provide a service to anyone else.
• No removing the trail. Do not strip the source references, the aircraft variant labels or the safety notices from anything you save for your own study. They are the point.
• Personal study is always fine: your own notes, a printout, a screenshot for your own revision.

3. Technical limits and security

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, entitlement checks, rate limits or the single-session rule.
• Do not access another user's account, data or session — and do not try to.
• Do not use bots, crawlers or automated clients against the app, other than a well-behaved search engine crawling public pages.
• Do not overload the service, interfere with it, or probe, scan or test its security without our written permission.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, except to the narrow extent the law allows regardless of contract.
• Do not upload malware, or anything designed to interfere with anyone's systems.

4. What you write in the app

Notes, content reports, flags and messages to support must not contain anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or hateful; anyone else's personal data; anyone else's confidential information; or text copied from a manual you have no right to share.

Do not send us false content reports. Reports drive real corrections to safety-adjacent material, and a queue full of noise costs the next student who finds a genuine error.

5. How we enforce this

We apply rate limits automatically — hitting one slows you down briefly and nothing more. Beyond that we act proportionately, and in this order wherever the breach allows it:

1. We contact you and ask you to stop.
2. We restrict or suspend the account.
3. We terminate the account. For a serious breach — bulk extraction, redistribution, defeating access controls, sharing an account after a warning — we may terminate immediately and without a refund, as section 13 of the Terms of Service provides.
4. For unlawful conduct we may involve the authorities and pursue our own remedies.
