Weight and Center of Gravity Limits
The weight limits are simple; the center of gravity envelope is where the thought goes. The rear limit never moves, but the forward limit creeps aft as the airplane gets heavier — so a load that is fine light can be too far forward at gross.
At a glance
- Maximum ramp weight3816 lb
- Maximum takeoff weight3800 lb
- Maximum landing weight3800 lb
- Maximum baggage200 lb

Weight limits
Maximum ramp weight — 3816 lb.
Maximum takeoff weight — 3800 lb.
Maximum landing weight — 3800 lb.
Maximum in the baggage compartment — 200 lb.
NOTE — The maximum weight can also be limited by performance. Section 5 covers that.
Center of gravity limits
All C.G. limits are given in inches aft of the datum. The datum is 78.4 inches forward of the wing leading edge, measured at wing station 106.
2800 lb — forward 84.0 in, rearward 93.0 in.
3400 lb — forward 85.0 in, rearward 93.0 in.
3800 lb — forward 89.0 in, rearward 93.0 in.
Between the points given, the limit varies in a straight line.

NOTE — Proper loading of the airplane is the responsibility of both the owner and the pilot.
